Your phone number is your account
Elevien accounts are based on your phone number - there is no e-mail address or username on the account. If your phone number changes, contact us in the chat so we can help you keep your account.
Change account information (name, surname and country)
To change your account’s name, surname or country, visit app.elevien.com on your computer, click your profile name in the top right corner and choose „Profile“.
Deleting your account
Open My Profile in the mobile app (iOS or Android).
Choose Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out and your personal data is removed.
Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. No contact with support is needed.
