What if I don’t have a New Zealand mobile number?
To sign up to Emerge, you will need to be living in New Zealand and have a New Zealand mobile number. We currently don’t allow for international sign ups.
Why do you need my mobile number?
We use your mobile number to verify that you are based in New Zealand. We do not use your number to send you promotional comms.
I have a New Zealand mobile number and am currently in New Zealand. Why am I not receiving a verification number via TXT?
There could be lots of reasons you may not be receiving a verification code. Make sure your phone is receiving TXTs and you are in range. If the problem persists, try again later or contact support.
I have a New Zealand mobile number but I am temporarily overseas. Will I still receive a verification number via TXT?
To keep you safe from scammers, at this stage, you can only receive verification texts whilst you are in New Zealand.
