What to do if your discount code doesn’t work online

Step 1: Double-check the code

Make sure the code is typed exactly as provided. Discount codes are case-sensitive, so check for spaces, capitalization, and numbers.


Step 2: Confirm eligibility

Not all codes work on every product. Some codes:

  • Only apply to specific items or categories

  • Require a minimum purchase amount

  • Are only valid during a promotional period

If the item in your cart doesn’t meet the requirements, the code may not apply.


Step 3: Try again on another browser or device

Sometimes a technical issue can prevent a code from working. Try:

  • Refreshing the page

  • Clearing your browser cache

  • Using a different browser or device


Step 4: Review any error messages

If you see an error like “code invalid” or “not applicable,” note the wording. This can help identify why the discount didn’t apply.
