Once you complete the 3-week treatment:
Keep the attachments on your back teeth, get one syringe from your dentist and top-up with a Week 2 syringe (16% CP) once per month for the first 6 months
Get your attachments removed and for the following year, whiten one night every 2 months.
In the long run, whiten one night every 6 months or as and when you feel necessary.
The longer you do the top-up regime, the less you will need to do it overtime.
Remember to also introduce the Enlighten White toothpaste in your routine to maintain your teeth stain free and prevent further stains from building.
What top-up regime should I follow if I have very sensitive teeth?
If you experienced severe sensitivity during the main course of treatment and would like to maintain the top-up regime, you can follow the same regime but we recommend you use the lower percentage gel instead:
Keep the attachments on your back teeth and top-up with a Week 1 syringe (10% CP) once per month for the first 6 months
Get your attachments removed and for the following year, whiten one night every 2 months.
In the long run, whiten one night every 6 months or as and when you feel necessary.
How can I do the top-up regime if I am wearing an orthodontic retainer at night?
Here is the top-up protocol to follow if you must wear a retainer over night: Once you complete the 3-week treatment, top-up with a Week 2 syringe once/month for the first 6 months. The following year, whiten one night every 2 months. In the long run, whiten one night every 6 months or as and when you feel necessary. The longer you top-up, the less you will need to do it. Plan your top-up ahead and wear the orthodontic retainer during the day which will allow you to whiten at night.
