There are a few options you have to let Customers know when your Program or Class will be closed.
Create a Holiday Calendar on the Program or Class
Add dates to Terms & Conditions or Welcome Message
Add dates to Program Instructions
Add dates to Class Description
Text or Email dates

Holiday Calendar
If you are closed for holidays, you can add those holidays to a "Holiday Calendar" to let your customers know when you will be closed. You can also add a Holiday Calendar for use with our proration feature.
Where to find the Holiday Calendar
You can find the Holiday Calendar in two places:
Create Program Holiday Calendar
Step 1 - Edit Program
After selecting the pencil icon, scroll down to "When does this Program run?" under Enrollment Model. Click the plus button to add dates.
NOTE: You must choose either "Simple" or "Days per Week" under the Enrollment Model to view the Holiday Calendar option in Programs. If you choose "Classes" Enrollment Model, the Holiday Calendar has to be added on the Classes page.
Step 2 - Weekly Schedule
Choose the "Weekly Schedule" option and enter the days the Program runs and the dates of the Program from the calendar.
Step 3 - Holiday Calendar Widget
After choosing the Program days and/or dates, the Holiday Calendar option will appear. Click on "+ Holiday Calendar" to open up the widget:
Step 4 - Input Name & Dates
Add a name for the calendar, something like "20XX Holiday Calendar." Click next and pick the holiday dates in the calendar. After inputting the dates, click the box beside the new calendar to add it to the Program. The holidays will then be listed as:
*Be sure to click Save to save your edits!
Create Class Holiday Calendar
Step 1 - Edit Class
After selecting the pencil icon, scroll down and select the box "Set days/dates when this Class occurs."
NOTE: Class Holiday Calendars can be added in ANY Enrollment Model.
Step 2 - Weekly Schedule
Be sure to choose "Weekly schedule." Enter the days the Program runs and the dates of the Program from the calendar.
Step 3 - Holiday Calendar Widget
After choosing the Class days and/or dates, the Holiday Calendar option will appear. Click on "+ Holiday Calendar" to open up the widget:
Step 4 - Input Name & Dates
Add a name for the calendar, something like "20XX Holiday Calendar." Click next and pick the holiday dates in the calendar. After inputting the dates, click the box beside the new calendar to add it to the Program. The holidays will then be listed as:

Add to Terms or Welcome Message
You can include those closing dates in the description of the Program, the Terms and Conditions, or the Enrollment Welcome Message so that as people enroll, those dates are sent in the confirmation email along with any other description about the program.

Add to Program Instructions
To add the dates to the Program Instructions, follow these steps:
Head over to the Programs page.
Click on the pencil icon of the Program you want to edit (or to edit more than one Program, select the Program to edit and click on the blue circle with a pencil).
Once you are in the Program Editor, click on the section "Enroll Form."
Scroll down to "Override Program Instructions," where you can enter the closing dates. These instructions will appear on the Enrollment Form when the Enrollee chooses this Program.
Add to Class Description
You can add your closings to your Class descriptions. Class descriptions are visible to your customers in the following places:
Customer portal
Enroll form by clicking the details link on a Class (if your programs allow for "Class selection")
In the enrollment confirmation email
Add to Text or Email Message
You can also send out a text message or email to accounts as a reminder of closings on certain dates. If you need to know how to send texts to multiple accounts.
