Enrollsy gives you three ways to enroll someone without charging them. Use the table below to pick the method that fits your situation, then jump to the matching steps.

Method 1 - Free Program
Use this when the program should cost $0 for everyone.
Go to Programs and open the program you want to make free.
Scroll to Pricing.
Under Program cost, select Free ($0 — Enrollment has no cost).
Save your changes.
Result: Anyone enrolling in this program will be charged $0.

Method 2 - Coupon Code
Use this when you want to waive tuition for a specific customer or group.
Create a Coupon with a 100% Tuition Discount.
Check Discount every charge item.
Set the value to 100%.
Share the coupon code with the customer, or apply it during enrollment.
Result: The customer pays $0 when they apply the code.
⚠️ Note: Coupons only support percentages, not fixed dollar amounts. Use 100% to make tuition free.

Method 3 - Admin Enroll
Use this when you (an admin) need to enroll one person on the back end without charging them.
Open the enrollment flow as an Admin User.
On the Pricing Options screen, uncheck the boxes next to any required fees (e.g., Class Fee, Deposit).
Complete the enrollment.
Result: The enrollee owes $0 due now and $0 recurring.
