Have you set up a Program with Class selection in the Multi-List View and now you need to edit those Class Selection Lists? See the following for steps on how to adjust these lists!

IMPORTANT: If you REMOVE a Class Selection List from a Program first, any Classes that have that list attached will disappear from the Classes page. See the steps below for how to adjust the Class Selection Lists on Classes before editing them in the Programs.

Edit Class Selection Lists on Class(es)

If you need to remove or add Class Selection Lists, you will first need to remove them from any Classes they are attached to BEFORE you remove/add them from the Program(s). Follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Classes page and click the arrow beside the Class you need to edit then select the pencil icon.

  2. Under "Selection List," UNcheck the current Class Selection

  3. Click Save

  4. Continue to the next section to add or remove the Class Selection Lists on the Program level. Then return to the Classes page and add the new Selection List on the Class(es).

Edit Class Selection Lists on Program(s)

  1. Head to the Programs page and click the pencil icon beside the Program you need to edit.

  2. Click "Enrollment Model" on the left menu to go to the Enrollment Model section.

  3. Scroll down to the area called "Class Selection Lists."

  4. Click +/- Add/Remove Selection List" to add or remove one or more Class Selection Lists.

  5. Return to the Classes page and follow the steps above to add the new Selection Lists to the Class(es)

Re-Order Class Selection Lists

You can re-order the Class Selection Lists by clicking on the "Add/Remove selection list" then hovering over the dots and dragging them in the order you want them viewed in:
