After completing a test Enrollment, try logging into to the customer portal you were directed to after the time of Enrollment. This link is also included within the Enrollment Confirmation Email. Within the Customer Portal, try making a payment through this account.
Navigate to the "Home Page" tab on the Customer Portal and then select the "Make Payment" button. Since you are in test mode, you can make a payment using our test payment account, which will autoload when making a payment.

Next, log back into your Admin Account and search for your test account using the search bar at the top of the screen. From within their billing account page, see how this payment looks on your end. This is all test data, so feel free to click around and get comfortable.
