How to Edit Portal settings

Edit settings in the Customer & Instructor Portals that suite your company

You can easily make the following changes in the Customer and Instructor Portal.

  • Instructor Portal: Change the default page

  • Customer Portal:

    • Change the default page

    • Add payment messages to the Home page and/or the Payment window

    • Hide the Enroll button, Payment section, and/or Future or Paid Invoices

To make any of these changes, head to the My Company page and click on Portals on the left menu.

Instructor Portal

Set your default page for your Instructors to one of the following options:

  • Classes - Classes page (same view as Admin Class view)

  • Content - View and add Content for Classes

  • Activities - Activities page

  • Check-In/Out - Check-In and Check-Out Activity

  • None

The default page will be the first page the instructors will see when they log into the Instructor Portal (app.enrollsy.com/instructors).

Customer Portal

Default Page

Set your default page for your Customers to one of the following options:

  • Payments (Home) - Payments page

  • Transaction History - Account Balance

  • Activities - Activities page

  • Account - Contact information

  • Content - Class Content

  • None

The default page will be the first page the instructors will see when they log into the Customer Portal (link is on the My Company page under Links.

Payments (Home) Page Message

If you want to add a message about payments, such as:

We charge a convenience fee of 2% for all credit card payments. You can pay by ACH (bank account) to avoid this fee. This is a FREE option. You only need your bank routing number and account number.

"Make a Payment" Message

You can create another customized message after the Customer chooses "Pay Balance," such as:

Account Balances in green mean you have a CREDIT and red means you have a BALANCE. You can pay the balance due or another amount of your choice.

Hide Sections

You also can hide the following in the Customer Portal by selecting the box beside the option:

  • Hide the Enroll button - Enable this option to hide this button if you don't want customers to enroll when they want to.

  • Hide Payments section - Enable this option to hide the payments section if you don't want customers to NOT be able to make payments through the customer portal.

  • Hide Future Invoices - Enable this option if you don't want the customer's future invoices to be viewable in the customer portal.

  • Hide Paid Invoices - Enable this option if you don't want the customer's paid invoices to be viewable in the customer portal.
