Test Accessing Customer Reports

Learn how your Customers will find and print reports

While logged into your test Customer Account, try accessing the receipts and statements that will be accessible to your customers. This will ensure you know what is available to them, and allow you to effectively assist your customers.

Receipts:

Step 1 -Navigate to Transactions Page

Navigate to the Transactions page. Find the transaction you want to print a receipt for.

Step 2 - Create Receipt

Select the three dots beside the transaction. From the options that appear, select 'Create Receipt.' This will open the receipt in a new window.

Step 3 - Print

Select Print twice to open up your Print Window. You can print it or download it as a PDF.

Statements / Tax Documents:

Step 1 - Select Transaction Summary

Follow the same process as above, but select the the Printer icon at the top-right of the Transaction History, then select the Print Transaction Summary.

Step 2 - Select Dates

Select the dates of the Summary and click Load.

Step 3 - Print or Save as a PDF

Select Print twice to open up your Print Window. You can print it or download it as a PDF.
