Can I Change My Email in Account Settings?
At this time, email address updates cannot be completed directly within your account settings. To ensure account security and prevent unauthorized changes, all email update requests must be handled by our support team.
How to Request an Email Update
To update your email address, please contact support and provide the following information:
Your current email address on the account
The new email address you’d like to use
Confirmation of your username (if applicable)
Any additional details that may help us verify your account
Our team may request additional verification to ensure the security of your account before completing the change.
Important Notes
The new email address must not already be associated with another Splash Sports account
Once updated, you’ll need to use your new email address to log in going forward
Any active contests, entries, and account history will remain unchanged
