If your account has not been verified, you can add your first and last name directly from your account settings on the web.
Unverified Accounts
To add your name:
Log in to Splash Sports on the web.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My Account.
Navigate to My Profile or Account Settings.
Enter your First Name and Last Name.
Save your changes.
Note: At this time, this feature is only available on the web. Mobile support is coming in a future update. If your updated name doesn’t appear immediately after saving, log out and log back in to refresh your session.
Verified Accounts
If your account has already been verified, your first and last name will already appear in your Account Settings.
For security and identity verification purposes, this information is locked and cannot be edited from your account.
If you believe your verified name is incorrect or needs to be updated, please contact our Support team for assistance. Support can assist with correcting misspellings or resolving name mismatches. You may need to provide proof of identity and residence for verification.
Correcting Name Errors
Misspellings: Contact Splash support to correct any misspellings in your name.
Name Mismatches: If your account name doesn’t match your ID or payment method, provide proof of identity and residence to Splash support. Once verified, your name will be updated to match your legal documents.

Why can't I edit my name?
If your account is verified, your name is tied to your identity verification and cannot be changed through your account settings.
I don't see the option to add my name.
If you're using the mobile app, this setting is not available yet. Please log in to the web version of Splash Sports to update your profile.
Will this be available on mobile?
Yes. We're actively working on bringing this setting to the mobile app in a future update.
Can I update my display name or username?
Yes, you can update your display name (handle/username) independently of your legal name. To do so:
Tap your avatar in the top-right corner.
Select 'My Account' and go to 'My Profile.'
Tap 'Edit,' update your handle, and save changes.
