Need to Reset Your Password? 🔒

No worries — getting back into your account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to reset your password.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your Splash account.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Check your inbox for a reset email — it should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

  4. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. Note: the link expires after 60 minutes.

⚠️ Important: Password resets are no longer supported in the Splash mobile app. Please use a web browser on your phone or computer to complete the reset.

Reset Email or Link Not Working?

If your reset email isn't arriving, or the link in it isn't working, work through this list:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder and any Promotions or Other tabs in your inbox

  • Confirm you're using the correct email address tied to your account

  • Avoid submitting multiple reset requests in quick succession — this can delay delivery or invalidate earlier links

  • Request a fresh link from the password reset page rather than reusing an old one

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Temporarily disable ad blockers, VPNs, or secured/restrictive WiFi networks, which can interfere with the process

  • Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome is recommended) and turn off auto-fill

No Access to Your Original Email?

If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, you have two options:

  1. Regain access to your original email, then request a password reset link as usual

  2. Create a new Splash account using an email address you can access. If you hit a "duplicate account" error, contact Splash support to transfer your information from the old account to the new one — this may take a few days
