Need to Reset Your Password? 🔒

No worries — getting back into your account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to reset your password.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your Splash account.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Check your inbox for a reset email — it should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

  4. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. Note: the link expires after 60 minutes.

  5. Avoid submitting multiple reset requests in quick succession, as this can delay email delivery or invalidate earlier links.

⚠️ Important: Password resets are no longer supported in the Splash mobile app. Please use a web browser on your phone or computer to complete the reset.

Reset Email Not Arriving?

If you don’t receive the password reset email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder and any Promotions/Other tabs in your inbox.

  • Ensure you entered the correct email address associated with your Splash account.

  • Avoid submitting multiple reset requests in quick succession, as this can delay email delivery or invalidate earlier links.

  • Wait a few minutes and try requesting the link again.

Non-Functioning Password Reset Links

If the reset link isn’t working:

  1. Request a new password reset link from the password reset page.

  2. Check your Spam or Junk folder for the new email.

  3. Ensure you’re using the correct email address tied to your account.

  4. If the issue persists, try accessing the reset page from a different browser or device.

Persistent Login or Reset Issues

If you’re still unable to reset your password:

  • Temporarily disable ad blockers and VPNs, as they may interfere with the process.

  • Use an updated browser like Google Chrome and ensure location access is enabled.

  • Avoid using secured WiFi networks that might block certain processes.

  • Turn off auto-fill features to prevent incorrect inputs.

  • Try logging in from a different device.

Resetting Password Without Access to Original Email

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Splash account, you have two options:

  1. Regain access to your original email and request a password reset link.

  2. Create a new Splash account using an accessible email address. If you encounter a 'duplicate account' error, contact Splash support to transfer your information from the old account to the new one. Note that this process may take a few days.

Advanced Troubleshooting Tips

For persistent issues:

  • Ensure your browser is up-to-date and compatible with Splash.

  • Check your network settings and switch to a personal or mobile network if necessary.

  • Provide your IP address to Splash support for further investigation if required.
