Where to find it
Go to your contest and click Commissioner in the top navigation bar.
Select Contest Vault from the sidebar.
On the Dashboard tab, the Payout Vote card will display an Approved label once the proposed payout distribution has passed.
What the vote card shows
The final results breakdown looks the same as when the vote was in progress, but now reflects the completed outcome:
Votes submitted — the final count and percentage of entrants who voted (e.g., 200/206, 97.1%)
Pending — entrants who never cast a vote before the deadline
Abstained — entrants who voted but chose not to take a side
Rejected — entrants who voted against the payout
Approved — entrants who voted in favor, resulting in the final outcome
The card also shows:
Deadline — the date and time the vote closed
Vote type — the rule used to determine the outcome (e.g., "Majority approval")
A View rejection comments link to review feedback left by entrants who voted against the payout
Starting a new vote
Even after a vote is approved, commissioners can click New vote to start another round if the payout distribution needs to be revisited.
What happens next
With the payout vote approved, commissioners can proceed to send payouts to entrants using the Send payouts button on the Dashboard.
