NCAAF (CFB) Team Survivor (Private Contests): The Player Experience

The Weekly Picksheet

The picksheet lists the week's eligible games. The entrant picks a team (or the required number of teams in multi-pick weeks) before the pick deadline.

  • Teams the entry has already used (up to the Team Use Limit) are no longer available — pick availability is the core strategic layer of Survivor.

  • When Picks in Advance is on, entrants can plan and submit picks for future weeks and revise them until each week locks.

  • Spreads appear on the picksheet for context when Display Spreads is on (informational in Straight Up contests; graded in ATS contests).

Summary: The picksheet isn't just "pick a team" — it's a running record of which teams are still eligible for that entry.

The Rules Link

The contest surfaces a rules view that dynamically explains only the settings actually enabled:

  • How winning works (last alive / co-winners / tiebreaker cascade)

  • Making picks and team re-use

  • Lives & elimination

  • Pick visibility

  • Cancelled-game handling

  • Commissioner setting changes

Plus conditional rules for missed picks, multi-pick weeks, revivals, and playoff reset when enabled.

Pick Visibility

  • Picks become visible at lock.

  • When the deadline is first or last game time, each game's picks reveal at kickoff.

  • When it's a fixed weekly time, all picks reveal at that time.

  • Commissioner visibility of members' future picks is governed separately by Hide Future Picks From Commissioner (on by default).
