From the Monitor page, you'll be able to access your data for each device. In the middle you'll see the main View Window, flanked by the Parameters List panel on the right and followed by Device, Map and Sensor information below.
Chart View
The Chart view allows you to select up to three parameters to overlay on the line chart so you easily spot correlations. The color of each line and vertical axis corresponds with the title of each selected parameter and the min, max, and averages of each are also shown. If your sensor generates directional data such as wind direction, a Polar Chart will also be available.
Dynamic Scaling in Charts
The chart will dynamically scale when viewing larger time periods. In order to summarize and display 10s of thousands of data points, the chart creates averages to fit the x-axis. For example when viewing data for 'Last Week', each point plotted is an average of 15 minutes instead of 1 minute per plot point.
As a result the chart's visual maximum and minimum may not match the values shown on the bottom. Also note that changing your window size will also cause the chart to redraw and change the scaling of the chart. The Chart is great for seeing trends over a large time scale.
Table View
The Table view allows you to select any number of parameters, or all of them, to view in a tabular spreadsheet format.
Data Range
In either view, the default date range will be Live, which shows the last 3 hours of activity. You can select from preset ranges for Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, Last Month, or a Custom Range. The custom range gives you the ability to define any time range down to the minute.
Downloading Data
While on the Monitoring Page, simply click on the Download icon above the right Parameters List panel to download data. From on the Chart view, you'll get a PDF report with a snapshot of the current chart. From the Table view, you'll get a CSV (comma separated value) file, which can be opened with any spreadsheet application such as Excel.
You can download data for multiple devices at once from the Devices Page, using the 'Download CSV' button.
If you're looking for archived data from a reset device or a device you no longer own or have access to, then check under the Files section.
