Congratulations on setting up your Thiamis device and adding sensors! Now you can start remote monitoring and see live data.

Watch the video series below for an introduction to the Environet Console or jump to the section you want to learn about. We'll cover the Dashboard, Map, Devices, Alerts, and Users sections.

  • The navigation panel can found on the left hand side to reach each sections.

  • The search box filters as you type to quickly narrow down your search. Additional filters or parameter choices can be found in the right panel.

  • Columns can be toggled to sort by ascending or descending values.

Header

The header shows your current Organization name, icons for new Alerts and Messages, and your Profile name and photo which links to your Account Settings. If you have access to multiple Organization, this will default to All accounts, and you can select between them from the drop down menu.

Dashboard

You'll start at the Dashboard whenever you log in. Across the top of the page, you'll find a summary of your total and online devices and active alerts. Your Widgets populate the rest of the screen, providing a window into devices at a glance.Β

Map

See all your devices anywhere in the world. Zoom into clusters to find your devices geographically and choose a pin to get more information from a specific device.

Devices

The Devices page shows you an inventory of all your devices.

Device Status

  • Activated: An Activated device tries to continuously report data. Reporting: the device is successfully transmitting data. Not Reporting: the device is unable to transmit data.

  • Deactivated: A Deactivated device will not report data and you'll pause your monthly service subscription.

Alerts

Alerts are crucial to leveraging the full power of the Console. Using our Acheron cloud, they keep a watchful eye on your devices and let you know when conditions change.

On the Alerts page, you'll see the full collection of Alerts you've set up, including the last triggered date and status, events log, and configuration links. Creating an Alert is only a few clicks away.

Users

The Users section shows all users who have access to your Organization. The default card format shows contact information and the more compact list format gives you other options for quick editing. Invite Users in a few clicks!
