The maximum shift rate limits the rate at which a shift can be posted for your facility.
To view the history of maximum shift rate changes in your facility, visit Settings and navigate to the "Shift rate defaults" tab.
There you will find the "View max history" button.
Click it to open the maximum rate change history and the following information for each change:
When the max rate was changed
Who changed the max rate
If it was ESHYFT staff, you will see "ESHYFT" under their names
The license for which the max rate was changed
CNA, LPN, RN, etc
The day type for which the max rate was changed
Weekday or weekend
The previous maximum rate
The new maximum rate
