We've made it easy to have certain groups of nurses be auto-confirmed for shifts at your facility.
As you use ESHYFT, you'll find nurses that you trust and prefer to work with. You may find that for these trusted nurses, you do not need a confirmation process in order to confirm them to shifts - you're comfortable with them being auto-confirmed when they apply to shifts.
We have a new feature to handle that: select nurses for auto-confirmation.
When you create regular shifts on ESHYFT, you will see a new option: 'select nurses for auto-confirmation'.
You will have 4 options to choose from:
Trusted nurses - any nurses marked as Trusted will be automatically confirmed for this shift
Returning nurses - any nurses who have previously worked at your facility will be automatically confirmed for this shift
All nurses - all nurses will be automatically confirmed for this shift
None - no nurses will be automatically confirmed for this shift (you will need to manually confirm all nurses)
The default option on shifts is Trusted Nurses are automatically confirmed. We encourage you to use the Nurse Directory to mark nurses you like working with as Trusted.
