How to cancel a nurse?

If an ESHYFT nurse is no longer needed, a facility manager can cancel them.

Canceling a nurse in the ESHYFT for Facility Managers app:

  1. Log in to the ESHYFT for Facility Manager app and navigate over to the 'SHIFTS' section.

  2. Find the shift the nurse is confirmed for, and click it so that the shift details appear.

  3. Cancel a confirmed nurse by selecting 'CANCEL NURSE.' Please note: If a nurse is canceled within 2 hours of the shift start time, the facility will be charged for 2 hours of the nurse’s time at the confirmed rate.

The confirmed nurse has now been canceled.

Canceling a nurse in the ESHYFT Facility Manager Web:

  1. Log in to the ESHYFT Facility Manager Web and navigate over to the 'SHIFTS' section.

  2. Find the shift the nurse is confirmed for, and click it so that the shift details appear.

  3. Cancel a confirmed nurse by selecting 'CANCEL.' Please note: If a nurse is canceled within 2 hours of the shift start time, the facility will be charged for 2 hours of the nurse’s time at the confirmed rate.

The confirmed nurse has now been canceled.
