If an ESHYFT nurse is no longer needed, a facility manager can cancel them.
Canceling a Nurse via the ESHYFT Facility Manager Web
Log In
Log in to the ESHYFT Facility Manager Web application
Navigate to the 'SHIFTS' tab
Locate the Confirmed Shift
Find the shift the nurse is confirmed for. Click on that shift to open the shift details.
Click 'CANCEL'
Within the shift details, select CANCEL.
Select a Cancelation Reason
A pop-up window will appear asking you to select the reason for cancelation. If the cancelation is within 2 hours of the shift’s start time, you must also check the box to confirm you understand you will be billed for 2 hours of the nurse’s time at the confirmed rate.
Confirmation
Once you confirm and submit the pop-up, the nurse will be removed from the shift, and you’ll see a confirmation that the nurse has been canceled.

Log In to the ESHYFT Facility Managers mobile app
Open the Facility Managers mobile app on your mobile device and log in
Access the Shifts tab
Tap on the Shifts tab to view all upcoming shifts.
Select the Shift
Find the shift for the nurse you wish to cancel and tap on it to open the shift details.
In the shift details screen, tap on the “Cancel nurse” button.
Select a Cancellation Reason
A pop-up window will appear asking you to select the reason for cancellation. If the cancellation is within 2 hours of the shift’s start time, you must also check the box to confirm you understand you will be billed for 2 hours of the nurse’s time at the confirmed rate.
Confirmation
After selecting Cancel nurse in the pop-up, the nurse will be removed from the shift, and the nurses status will be displayed as canceled.
