Before allocating trackwork to horses ensure all steps have been taken in the Trackwork - getting started article.
Under Trackwork/Trackwork allocation, a user can add trackwork and exercises to horses
Trackwork - all work using a rider
Exercise - all other work like water walker, tread mill, swimming etc. All work sections set up under the Work profile exercises will be available.
When selected the Trackwork grid is displayed
Venue - multiple trackwork venues can be set up to add work at various locations
Date - date work is to be done
There are two options for the allocation grid
Trackwork
Refresh grid - the small arrow will refresh the grid after changes are done
Exercises
Refresh grid - the small arrow will refresh the grid after changes are done
Down the side of the grid are the horses that are located at the trackwork venue selected. A user can choose to see all horses if required - only horses that match the filter set up in the work profile will be displayed.
