How to Return Goods to Eurotech Fire Systems

Eurotech Fire Systems Returns Process

💬 1. Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Services team via:

📞 Phone: 0203 141 0999 or Contact your Regional Sales Manager.

Please let us know:

  • The reason for the return (e.g. faulty, not required, etc.)

  • Whether a replacement is required

If the item is faulty, please provide as much detail as possible about the fault. This helps us speed up the process.


🔢 2. Receive Your RMA Number

Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number and a pre-filled RMA form with all the return details.

Please include this form when sending the goods back.

If a replacement is required, you may be asked to provide a purchase order number for the replacement.


📦 3. Send the Goods Back

Please ensure:

  • The goods are securely packaged

  • The RMA form is included inside the parcel

Goods should be returned to the address specified on the RMA form.


4. What Happens When We Receive Your Return

When your returned goods arrive:

  • Our Stores team will inspect the items and confirm the condition

  • The return status will be updated in our system

If the goods are faulty:

  • We will return them to the manufacturer/supplier for further action

  • Once a supplier response is received, we will confirm the next steps (replacement or credit)


🔁 5. If You’re Expecting a Replacement

If a replacement is due (rather than a credit):

  • It will be processed as soon as we receive your PO (if needed)

  • If we receive replacement goods from the supplier (e.g., Apollo), these will be re-entered into stock and your case closed once processed


💳 6. If You’re Expecting a Credit

Once approved:

  • A credit note will be issued and sent to you

  • The returned goods will either be:

    • Returned to stock (if unopened/unused), or

    • Returned to the supplier (if faulty)

Once complete, we’ll close the return on our system.
