Submitting a Purchase Order – What’s Required?

To ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately, please include the following details in your purchase order (PO)

✅ Required Information on All Purchase Orders:

  • Product Part Number
    This helps us identify the exact item you require.

  • Description
    A short description of the product to avoid confusion.

  • Quantity
    Specify how many units you need for each product.

  • Price
    Include the agreed or quoted price for each item.

  • Delivery Address
    If the delivery is going to a site or alternative location, please provide:

    • Full site address

    • Contact person on-site

    • Mobile number for delivery coordination

  • Delivery Date
    Let us know when you need the goods. If not provided, we’ll assume the order is required as soon as possible.
