Euryka's Projects module streamlines project organisation by integrating project goal setting, brand consistency, project-specific communication guidelines, collaboration, asset management, and seamless AI integration. These features collectively simplify content creation, ensuring that all outputs align with your brand and project objectives.

Creating a new project

  1. Click Projects on the sidebar menu.

  2. Click New Project at the top right.

  3. Enter the project or campaign Name.

  4. Click in Brands, and select brands linked with this project.

  5. In Overview, provide a clear and precise summary of the project.

    • Include key details and features of your product, service, or campaign. For example, for a new product launch email campaign, specify the target audience or region, communication objectives, offers/promotions, campaign dates, and email frequency.

    • If the overview is detailed, organise the information into separate lines and paragraphs for clarity.

  6. In Goal, describe the project's goals.

    • Goals can be tangible or measurable outcomes, such as targeted success rate, specific KPIs and deliverables.

  7. To set the project start and end dates, select the respective dates in Start Date and End Date.

    • These dates are for information only and have no other impact.

  8. Enter the project Prefix for filenames of generated assets. This can be a three-character alphabetical or alphanumeric identifier for the project.

  9. Click in Appearance, and choose a colour by typing RGB/Hex/HSL value or using the Colour Picker. The project card is assigned the selected colour.

  10. If project guidelines include writing styles, such as Business, Persuasive, Technical, select them in Writing Styles.

    • If the project's writing style aligns with the brand's, leave this field blank to let Euryka automatically inherit the brand's style.

  11. To instruct the AI to include specific details when generating content, enter them as a list of Do's, such as "Be clear and concise", or "Always explain scientific and technical terms".

  12. To instruct the AI to exclude specific details when generating content, enter them as a list of Don'ts, such as "Don't use abbreviations", or "Never use slang".

    • Be precise with your do's and don'ts; they complement the tone and writing styles, adding control and relevance to AI-generated brand content.

    • If the project and brand Do’s and Don’ts are identical, leave those fields blank for Euryka to inherit them from the linked brand.

    • Clear Do's and Don'ts enhance the control and relevance of AI-generated content. The more precise your instructions, the better Euryka can generate content that fits your project and context.

  13. Review the information carefully, and click Continue when finished.

Note:

  • Brand information is automatically inherited by all projects linked to a brand with the flexibility to retain unchanged brand details or tailor them for specific projects. Euryka then uses this brand and project information to generate relevant content across Threads, Imaginations, and Voiceovers.

  • After creating a project, add team members and assign suitable roles to them.
