Switch Between Map Views

Map views allow you to quickly switch between different base layers such as satellite imagery or drone shots. This helps you plan your event from the perspective that works best for your team.

Switch Between Map Views

To switch between map views:

  1. Open your map

  2. Click the Map Icon in the bottom right
    ​

  3. Choose the view you want to switch to
    ​

Your map will instantly update to the selected view.

Why Use Multiple Map Views?

Different map views can help at different stages of planning:

  • Satellite view (Mapbox, Google, ESRI) - Great for outdoor planning and site positioning

  • Drone imagery - Ideal for accurate site layouts, in particular of outdoor events

  • Black/White - Best for indoor events and multi-level venues to remove the noise of the map in the background

Switching between views allows you to quickly compare layouts and ensure accuracy.
