Sharing Maps

Sharing allows you to send a live, view-only link of your map to your team or contractors. This makes it easy to collaborate and ensure everyone is working from the same, up-to-date information.

Share Your Map

To share your map:

  1. Select the view you would like to share in the top left
    Hot Tip: what you currently see on your map canvas is what will be shared

  2. Click the Share button in the top right

  3. Enable sharing

  4. Copy the link and send it

This link will share the exact view you're currently using.

This means recipients will only see the information that's relevant to them.

Live Updates

Shared links are live and always up to date.

Any changes you make to the map will automatically update for anyone using the shared link. This ensures your team is always working from the latest version.

View Only Access

Shared maps are view only.

Users cannot edit the map, but they can:

  • Navigate the map

  • Zoom and pan

  • View object details

  • Interact with the layout

This allows you to safely share information without worrying about accidental changes.
