Introduction

With eventpage.ai, you can invite guests easily and flexibly. Whether via direct link, QR code, WhatsApp message, email, or an embedded widget on your website – you choose the best channel.

Invitation Methods

Option 1: Invite via Link

  1. Go to the Invite tab in your event.

  2. Select Share from the left menu.

  3. Copy the event link and share it via email, social media, newsletter, etc.


Option 2: Invite via QR Code

  1. In the same Share section, you’ll find the QR code.

  2. Download and print it or share it digitally (e.g., in WhatsApp groups or on posters).


Option 3: Invite via WhatsApp or Phone (Message Pro)

  1. Open the Invite tab and choose Message from the left menu.

  2. Follow the steps to invite guests via WhatsApp or SMS.

  3. This feature may require activation by the eventpage.ai team.

Option 4: Invite via Email (Manual or CSV Import)

  1. Go to the Email tab in the Invite section.

  2. Enter email addresses one by one (press ENTER after each) or upload a CSV file.

  3. Invitations will be sent instantly.

Option 5: Invite via Embed Code (for your Website)

  1. In the Invite section, go to Embed in the left menu.

  2. Copy the provided HTML code snippet.

  3. Paste it on your website – e.g., in a widget section or pop-up.
