Introduction
If you no longer wish to use eventpage.ai, you can permanently delete your account at any time.
There are two ways to request account deletion:
β Delete your account directly within your profile settings.
β Send a deletion request via email to our data protection team.
Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. All associated data, including events, guest lists, tickets, and integrations, will be permanently removed unless legal retention obligations apply.
Step-by-step guide / how it works
Option 1: Delete your account inside the app
Log in to your eventpage.ai account (web or mobile app).
Go to Profile.
Navigate to Settings.
Open the section Account.
Click Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
π‘ Tip: Make sure to export important data (e.g., guest lists, invoices, reports) before deleting your account.
Option 2: Delete your account via email (GDPR request)
If you prefer, you can request deletion manually by contacting our data protection team.

I hereby request the permanent deletion of my eventpage.ai account in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

After receiving your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion in accordance with GDPR requirements.
What happens after deletion?
Your login access will be removed immediately.
All events, guests, tickets, and related data will be permanently deleted.
Integrations (e.g., Stripe, HubSpot) will be disconnected.
Active subscriptions must be canceled before deletion (see Billing section).

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first under Subscription & Billing before requesting account deletion.

Q: Can I delete only one event instead of the whole account?
