Objective:
Set-up an exchange server email
Set-up a non-google or non-outlook email
Environment:
Event Temple Web App
Answer:
Click Settings on the left-hand side of Event Temple
Click Email Settings
Select "Other" from the Email Provider Dropdown
Enter your credentials
Select Save
Enter your SMTP information
Enter your IMAP information
Enter your credentials
Enter your password
Select Save
To ensure the steps worked properly:
Select Email on the left-hand side of Event Temple
Click Send Email (in green)
Compose a test email
Press Send
Verify of the recipient received your message.
Additional Information:
You will need your SMTP and IMAP information from your IT team in order to set this up.
