Answer:

This means you used the Event Temple email provider & the assigned email address to your user when emailing the guest.

Each Event Temple user has their own personal Event Temple email address connected which you can immediately send & receive emails through.

When using the Event Temple email address, whenever a guest replies, the reply will appear in Event Temple, linked to the appropriate Contact. In order to notify you that a new email has been received, we will also send a copy directly to the email you use to log into Event Temple.

You can be assured the guest will receive your replies, based on the 'reply-to' email address.

As most users prefer to send & receive emails to guests via their professional email address, we have an email integration that allows users to connect a third-party email address such as Gmail & Office365. Please see the below article for more information on this!
