Answer:
Each Event Temple user has an Event Temple email address allocated upon sign-up.
Users connected to Event Temple as an email provider can Send emails from Event Temple using the pre-determined address.
This means you are still able to send emails from Event Temple, however, when a guest replies to that email, the reply will not appear in Event Temple. The reply will still appear directly in your external email account (the email used to log into Event Temple).
In order to send AND receive emails in Event Temple, please use our Email Integration to connect your own email address (please note, this is only available on the Pro Plan & Up).
If you continue to use Event Temple as your email provider and wish to see email replies in Event Temple moving forward, you will need to manually bcc or forward them from your external email account.
