How to remove StayNTouch from Event Temple

What Happens When you Remove the StayNTouch Integration?

Accounts that were synced will remain in Event Temple.

The travel agent field in Accounts will be editable on them again.

Room types that were downloaded will remain in event Temple.

You’ll now be able to edit, add and delete room types as well! Groups will revert back to normal Event Temple groups, meaning you’ll be able to edit the pickups.

You will lose the 3 StayNTouch-specific fields on Groups (market segment, source, booking origin). If you require this information and it has not been determined elsewhere in the Event Temple, we recommend you use the Group List report to export this data first, and manually add it elsewhere in your Group or Booking.

You will no longer be able to select from your StayNTouch rates when creating a group.

Groups that had an StayNTouch rate selected will no longer show the StayNTouch rate but will retain the rate’s pricing, and allow that pricing to be overridden from Event Temple.
