Answer:

StayNTouch Hold Statuses determine how your guest room inventory is controlled when making changes to group statuses. These statuses are then mapped back to Event Temple so that when changes are made to the status of a Group within Event Temple it will update StayNTouch appropriately.

To view your Hold Statuses in StayNTouch:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Click on Reservations

  3. Click on Hold Statuses

IMPORTANT After making changes to Hold Statuses, please send a screenshot to Event Temple Support via the in-app chat or email support@eventtemple.com. Our team will make sure the Hold Statuses are correctly mapped in your Event Temple Account.
