Procedure:
Deleting a Group in Event Temple will NOT delete the Group or release the rooms in StayNTouch.
Before deleting a Group in Event Temple the status of the Group will need to be changed to Lost to release the rooms in StayNTouch.
Access the existing Booking
Click Edit Group
Change Group Status to Lost
Click Save
From the Group section on the Booking click on Delete
Click OK
Once the Group has been deleted you can add a different Group if needed.
