There are 2 ways to post charges to Mews in Event Temple:

By Event - You can only post charges on the day of the Event or 7 days after the Event end date. Due to a setting in Mews, you will not be able to post anything 7 days later than the Event date/time. If your Menu Items are not associated with an Event they will use the Booking date instead of an Event date.

Consumption time is set to end of day rather than start of day. This means if Event or Booking end date is Jan 5 it posts them at end of day: Jan 5 @ 23:59. We do this to give you a better chance of posting within your editable history interval

By Menu Item - You can post charges at any time and also manually set the consumption date.
