  1. Select Settings

  2. Select Fields

  3. Select Setup Values

  4. Click on Lost Reason

  5. Select Add Lost Reason

  6. Input Value

  7. Select Save

How to edit Lost Reasons:

  3. Select Setup Values

  4. Click on Lost Reason

  5. Select on the field you would like to edit and click the purple modify pencil
