Creating goals, milestones and tasks

The goals feature of the Everperform app enables you to create and track progress towards goals that you may have in addition to your productivity targets.

To Create a Goal:

  1. Navigate to your preferred goals view page, being either the Board or List view

  2. On the goals page you will see your own name and the names of teams you belong to. Identify the user or team you wish to create your new goal for.

  3. Click 'Create new goal' below the individual or team's name

  4. Enter the goal's name and click the green tick. Your goal will be created and be automatically opened to the right.

  5. To add additional details:

    1. Click the small pencil icon above the goal and enter:

      1. Due date

      2. Description

      3. Targets

      Click the blue button Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

    2. You can add milestones to your goal to help you stay on track.

To Create a Milestone:

  1. Click on your goal

  2. Click on the Milestones tab above your goal description

  3. Populate the field with a description and add a due date

You can create specific tasks that are associated with your milestone.

To Create a Task:

  1. Click on the title of your milestone

  2. Populate the field with a description and add a due date
