The My People page is an analytical tool designed specifically for managers in the Everperform app. It allows for a thorough examination of direct reports' performance data. The following guide will help managers navigate the My People page, maximise its functionalities, and understand their team's performance better.

There are four main functionalities within the My People page. They are:

  1. Filter views, dates, sets, or pin views.

  2. A line chart to visualise the trendline

  3. A table to view the performance data of the direct reports, including the observations (comments left as part of the pulse and other surveys).

  4. Lastly, a metrics and statistics panel (configuration) to set the data in the table.

Accessing My People Page:

  1. Login to the Everperform app.

  2. Click on Analyse in the left-hand panel.

  3. Select "My People" from the drop-down menu.

You will be directed to the My People page. By default, the page displays the current feedback score (Pulse score) on a line chart, along with performance data like measures, productivity, and well-being, in a table at the page bottom. This default view can be adjusted by choosing from the available views and setting a new default.

Using My People Page:

Once you reach my People page, do the following to make the most of it and gain insights into your direct report's performance:

  1. Select the time period through the date filter. You can use preset options such as Today, Yesterday, 7D, 14D, 28D, three months, and six months.

  2. Select the direct reports (in the table below) to compare their feedback score changes over time in the line chart and see patterns and variance in the score.

  3. Look at your and your direct reports' metrics (measures and scores) in the table below. You can sort any of the scores by clicking on the respective column; one click will sort in ascending order, and another click will sort in descending order.

Creating New Views on the My People Page:

You can create custom views on the My People page for more specific analysis. Follow these steps:

  1. Select your desired time period using the Date Filter.

  2. Add or remove metrics using the panel on the right side of the page.

  3. Note that you can add more fields to a metric than just the score. For example, you might include a well-being score and its variance to track changes over time. Click the cross icon on a field to remove it from the table view.

Data from goals, milestones, tasks, measures, factors, factor categories, factor types, pulses, pulse requests, and other scores can all be included in your custom view.

Once you've arranged your desired data, click 'Save' in the top menu to preserve the view. Name your view, choose to overwrite an existing view or create a new one, and then click 'Save' again.

Remember, you can create as many views as you like. Pin your most-used views for easy access each time you visit the My People page. Views can also be renamed or deleted using options in the top menu.

The top menu's filter dropdown includes your views, views shared by others, and pinned (favourite) views.

Leverage these functionalities to maximise your team's performance and improve management strategies. The My People page reporting functionality in Everperform is a powerful tool for data-driven decision-making.
