What are observations?

Observations are comments that provide feedback to an individual. You can share observations with anyone in the organisation.

View your observations

To view your observations, navigate to the Observations tab on the left menu.

There are three tabs:

  • Received: observations sent to you

  • Sent: observations you have sent to others

  • My People: observations sent to people who report to you

Your observations page includes all observations you make in pulse surveys. You may choose to use the Hide My Observations filter button to hide your own observations.

How to send an observation

  1. Navigate to the Observations tab

  2. Click the New Observation button on the right of the screen

  3. Write your observation

  4. Add attachments by selecting a file from your computer

  5. Click Create

The individual will be able to see your observation in their own Observations page.
