Firmwide reporting

Everperform provides robust reporting tools so you can analyse your firm's performance in depth.

With the My Organisation analysis tool, you can:

  • Compare performance across teams, service lines, and locations

  • Compare performance between quarters

  • Review lead performance indicators

  • Identify teams that are on and off track

  • Share and export reports

Standard and custom reporting views

Your Everperform app includes several standard reporting views that you can use to analyse performance. Alternatively, you can create your own custom reporting views so you can focus on the metrics that are most important to you.

Pulse Reports

Weekly pulse surveys give you insight into how your teams are performing, and how your firm is tracking in terms of the performance factors of wellbeing, relationships and productivity.

With pulse reports, you can:

  • Review the performance of teams that are on and off track

  • Identify trends in wellbeing, relationships and productivity across your firm
