My Organisation
The Everperform app's My Organisation page enables you to produce comprehensive reports about your organisation's performance. This feature helps administrators create custom views, giving valuable insight into team or individual performances via tables or visual graphs.
Use cases
Some examples of views you can generate:
Team performance
Service line performance
Firmwide performance over the past quarter
Relationship scores of teams
Benchmarking
All of these views can be downloaded as reports.
How to use the My Organisation Page
Access the My Organisation Page
To access the My Organisation page:
Log in to the Everperform app.
Click on "Analyse" in the left-hand panel.
Select "My Organisation" from the sub-menu.
You will be directed to the "My Organisation" page. By default, your current feedback score (Pulse score) will be displayed.
The My Organisation page is only accessible to the Mission Control team. If you can't see the page, contact an administrator to gain access.
Terminology
Term | Definition |
View | A set of variables that are analysed together, presented in a table or the visualiser. You can select standard views or create custom views. |
Report | CSV file containing data configured using My Organisation views. |
