What are dashboards?

Dashboards show trends in your performance. They are a great way to dive into your performance data and how it changes over time.

Dashboards are located in the left menu under Passport.

Types of dashboard

There are five dashboards available:

  1. Top and Bottom Factors: the top 3 and bottom 3 questions you scored over a selected date range.

  2. Lead Indicators: your scores across all category types. The importance of this dashboard is the correlation between the category sets. When one primary category score starts to increase or decrease you may start to see an impact on others.

  3. Effectiveness: data imported from your practice management system which shows your billing and charge-out rates.

  4. Time measures: data imported from your practice management system which shows your monthly productivity percentage and your productive hours.

  5. Work allocation: data imported from your practice management system which shows your time allocation per activity, as well as your productivity pulse scores.

Psst! You can adjust the date range in the top right corner to view past results.
