Analyse data using standard views

The My Organisation page contains a range of standard views that you can use to analyse your organisation's data. You can use these views as a foundation to create your own custom views.

Open a standard view

To open a standard view:

  1. Select a date range

  2. From the drop-down menu on the right of the date range, select a view (e.g. Lead Indicators)

Adjust the users included in the report

You can adjust which users are included in the report. There are three options:

  • Organisation

  • Team

  • User

For each of these you can choose whether to see individual scores or see an aggregate score.

Each option returns the following results:

Organisation

See individual scores for all users within the organisation

See a single score which is the average of all individuals within the organisation

Team

See individual scores for all users within the selected teams

See a single score per team which is the average of all individuals within the team

User

See individual scores for all individuals you have selected

N/A

To adjust the users included in the report:

  1. Click the Configure button to the left of the date range

  2. Click the Users button at the top of the screen

    1. Choose from one of the following options:

      1. To select individuals, click the Users item and click on the individuals you wish to add. Their names will appear in the right-hand panel

      2. To select teams, click the Teams item and click on the teams you wish to add. Selected teams will appear in the right-hand panel

        • To compare all the individuals within each team, toggle on "Report on users"

        • To compare at the team level, toggle off "Report on users"

In the example in this screenshot, the report will show all users in the teams 'D - Azure Superannuation Services' and 'D - Azure Business Advisory Services'

      3. To select the entire organisation, click Organisation and click your organisation's name. It will appear in the right-hand panel

    2. Toggle on or off the option "Report on user"

  3. To remove any teams or individuals from the view, click on the name of the team or individual on the right side of the page

  4. Click Apply

Explore data in a standard view

Now that you have configured the standard view, you can explore the data.

Data can be presented in two views:

  • Table: presents all data and variables contained in the view

  • Visualiser: presents up to three variables at a time in a column graph or scatterplot

Using the visualiser

The visualiser is a useful tool for focusing on a few key variables.

To use the visualiser:

  1. Choose the variables you wish to analyse (note that you can only select variables that are included in your current view)

  2. Interact with the data

    1. Column graph: hover over a column to see the exact data for that user

    2. Visualiser: double-click a dot to see the exact data for that user

Share your view

Export the view as a report

To export the view as a report (CSV file):

  1. Return to the table view of the report

  2. Click the Download CSV button located on the top menu bar

Share your view

You can share a view two ways:

  1. Copy and paste the URL

    1. Note that this method does not share the users that you have configured in your report. The person who receives the URL will need to configure the users themselves.

  2. Save as a custom view

Save the view as a custom view

If you want to view this report regularly, you can save it as a custom view. This will save the variables and the users. The view will not be accessible to other mission control users except for central administrators.

After you save a custom view, you will also be able to access it via the My People page.

To save a custom view:

  1. Click the + icon located on the top menu bar

  2. Name your custom view

  3. Click save
