Account Subscription Settings

Wondering how to check your current plan and features, and how to change it? The Account Subscription setting is the place to go! This is the page where you can manage and view your Evey Events & Tickets plan, including billing details and plan upgrades.

How to check your subscription:

1. From your Evey main dashboard, click Settings at the top.

2. On the next page, click Subscription.

You will then see the current plan you’re on and how much it costs. This is also where you will see the option to cancel your subscription or change your plan.

3. To change your plan or check the plan features, simply click the "Change plan" button.

4. This will take you to a page where you can see the features of the plan you’re currently on, as well as the features of the other available plans. If you wish to change your plan, just click the "Select Plan" button under the plan you want.

Common features available on all our plans:

  • Unlimited events and ticket types

  • Customize email and web/PDF/Apple Wallet tickets

  • Collect ticket info before checkout

  • Import and export attendees

  • Storefront events calendars

  • Check-in with phone/tablet apps using a camera or scanner

More interesting features are available on both Standard and Professional plans:

  • Attendee messages & scheduled reminders

  • Recurring events

Awesome features available on the Professional plan:

  • Mailchimp and Klaviyo integrations

  • Reserved seating

  • Shopify POS integration

  • Shopify Flow integration
