Evey offers several plans to match different event needs. If none of the plans work for you, please contact us and we’ll help you find the right solution.


Lite Plan

  • Cost: $0/month + $1.00 per ticket processed

  • Includes:

    • Unlimited events and ticket types

    • Custom email, web, PDF, and Apple Wallet tickets

    • Collect ticket information before checkout

    • Import and export attendees

    • Storefront events calendars

    • Check-in with phone/tablet apps using camera or scanner

  • Excludes:

    • Mailchimp and Klaviyo integrations

    • Attendee messages and scheduled reminders

    • Recurring events

    • Reserved seating

    • Shopify POS integration

    • Shopify Flow integration

Growth Plan

  • Cost: $19/month + $0.75 per ticket processed

  • Includes everything in Lite, plus:

    • Recurring events

Standard Plan

  • Cost: $49/month + $0.50 per ticket processed

  • Includes everything in Growth, plus:

    • Attendee messages & scheduled reminders

Professional Plan

  • Cost: $189/month + $0.25 per ticket processed

  • Lowest per-ticket fee for high-volume events

  • Includes everything in Standard, plus:

    • Mailchimp and Klaviyo integrations

    • Reserved seating

    • Shopify POS integration

    • Shopify Flow integration


Common Billing Questions

Do Charges Stop After My Event Ends?

No. Charges do not stop automatically. Per Shopify policy, you must manually cancel your subscription in the app to avoid further charges. Until canceled, the app remains active, and billing will continue.

What If I Don’t Have Events This Month?

  • All plans include unlimited events.

  • Monthly fees apply even if you don’t run an event.

  • Per-ticket fees only apply when tickets are created, processed, or sold.

How Are Per-Ticket Fees Calculated?

Per-ticket fees apply to every ticket created, including:

  • Tickets processed on your Shopify storefront

  • Manually created tickets

  • Tickets created through CSV imports

  • Tickets created via integrations

Note: Group ticket types that generate multiple tickets count as multiple charges.

Are Refunded or Canceled Tickets Still Charged?

Yes. Even if a ticket is refunded or canceled, the per-ticket fee still applies. These fees are not reimbursed.

What About Free Tickets?

  • Lite Plan: Ticket fees apply for free tickets, regardless of whether they are purchased or manually added.

  • Standard & Professional Plans:

    • Manually added free tickets with a $0 value do not incur a ticket fee.

    • Purchased free tickets through the storefront still incur a ticket fee.

Summary: No ticket fee is charged only when you are on the Standard or Professional plan, the ticket price is $0, and the attendee is manually added.
