In some cases, we may need access to your Shopify store to help investigate or resolve an issue related to your events. When this happens, you’ll receive a collaborator access request from our team.
How to Accept the Request
Log in to your Shopify admin.
Click “Settings” in the lower-left corner.
Select “Users and permissions.”
Scroll down to the “Collaborators” section.
You’ll see a request from StayTuned. Click “Review requests.”
Review the store permissions. And once you're done, scroll to the bottom and click “Accept request.”
⚠️ Note: Only the store owner or staff with permission to manage collaborator requests can accept these requests.
