Granting Check-In Users Access to All Events

By default, when you assign a check-in user in Evey Events & Tickets (Evey) through event settings, they only have access to that specific event. If you want a check-in user to access all events, you can update their account settings.


Edit an Existing Check-In User

  1. Open the Evey Events & Tickets app in your Shopify store.

  2. Click “Settings” in the top right corner.

  3. Select “Check-In accounts.”

  4. Find the user in the list and click their email to open their account details.

  5. In the pop-up window, check “Full check-in access to all events.”

    • Note: If the box is not selected, you will see a setting named "Select the events this account should have check-in access for," where you can manually choose specific events to provide access.

  6. Click “Save.”


Add a New Check-In User

  1. In “Check-In accounts”, scroll down and click “Add user.”

  2. Enter the user’s email.

  3. By default, “Full check-in access to all events” is already checked.

    • To limit access, uncheck it and choose specific events under “Select the events this account should have check-in access for.”

  4. Click “Save.”


With these settings, you can give check-in users either full access across all events or limit them to specific ones depending on your needs.
