If you want to provide discount codes for specific ticket types in Evey Events & Tickets (Evey), you can do this by applying discounts to specific product variants in Shopify. When you create an event in Evey, it automatically generates a product in your Shopify admin, with each ticket type represented as a variant.
To apply a discount code to a specific ticket type:
Go to the "Discounts" section in your Shopify Admin.
Click "Create discount".
Select "Amount off products" as the discount type.
Under the "Applies to" section, choose "Specific products".
Use the search bar to find the event product.
To apply the discount to all ticket types, select the entire product.
To apply the discount to a specific ticket type, expand the product and select only the relevant variant.
Click "Add" to confirm your selection.
Adjust any other discount settings as needed (e.g., usage limits, customer eligibility).
Click "Save" when you're finished.
Your discount code is now active and can be used by customers purchasing the selected ticket types.
