How to use a shared ticket page template from another event?

Templates are a real time-saver! They enable you to recycle a tried-and-true format instead of beginning from square one every time you set up an event for your online ticket page, PDF, or Apple pass ticket. This can significantly streamline the planning process, especially for recurring events or one-time events.

Here is the step on how to use a shared ticket page template from another event:

1. Navigate to the event.

2. Click on the "Ticket" tab.

3. Find the options for the Online ticket page, PDF ticket, or Apple Wallet Pass. Next, click on "Actions," then select "Shared template options."

4. Opt for "Use a shared template with another event." Now, locate the event you wish to use as the basis for your ticket template.

NOTE: Whenever you create a ticket, your ticket is set to “Use custom template for this event” which will only apply to your newly created event. This option would help you to instantly copy any customization you made for the ticket you have customized.
