Yes, but not automatically.
If you sold tickets before installing Evey Events, those existing Shopify orders won’t trigger ticket emails by default, since they weren’t created through the app.

Option 1: Manually Add Attendees
You can manually add those customers as attendees to the corresponding event inside Evey. Once they’re added, Evey will automatically generate and send tickets to them.

Option 2: We Can Help
If you have multiple missed orders, just reach out to us! We can try to reprocess them from our backend to generate tickets for those customers.
