Can Evey Generate Tickets for My Existing Shopify Orders?

There are instances where you have already created an event on your Shopify store and sold tickets before you discovered Evey Events and installed the app.

For customers who purchased tickets prior to installing the app (for an event created directly on Shopify), a ticket email is not automatically generated.

To address this, you can manually add these pre-existing attendees to the corresponding event created within Evey Events. Once attendees are added manually to the Evey-created event, the system will automatically send out the tickets to them.

By manually incorporating these attendees into the Evey-created event, you ensure they receive their tickets seamlessly.
